FGM materials

I'am working on the vibration of FGM plate, and I need to change the gradient parameter in for several values ,so I tray to define a material Matrix ;case of anisotropic materials , after calculating the matrix terms with Matlab or other Algebraical Manipulator:

the Question : is how I can define a function on Comsol calculate this terms " parametric function " & is the anisotropic matrix a the right choice for this problem.
